120,000 pieces of FMEC brand isolation gown exported to South African customers

 

      In the February opening order plan, FMEC received orders for 120,000 isolation gowns from South African customers. The order requires single-piece packaging, and non-woven fabrics need to be added to the front chest and double-arm position materials for enhanced blood penetration prevention treatment. Single-piece packaging on the package, the double waistband is fixed by a paper waist card and folded, and a spunlace non-woven fabric is added to the fold for hand-wiping treatment, and then a non-woven fabric is added to wrap the entire isolation gown. Then put it into a paper-plastic bag and seal the box. Compared with the ordinary isolation gown order, this order has more materials and complicated packaging procedures. It requires the manufacturer to have certain supplier resources, and the factory must have a certain production capacity to complete 120,000 pieces of processing tasks within 15 days. Through our usual resource integration and the joint efforts of FMEC workers, FMEC not only completed the task within 13 days, but the product passed the quality inspection of SGS, successfully completed the delivery of the order, and won the recognition of customers.
