China National Health Commission

The National Health Commission of the People’s Republic of China is based on the “Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Deepening the Reform of the Party and State Institutions”, the “Deepening the Reform of the Party and State Institutions” and the 13th National People’s Congress. The "State Council Institutional Reform Program" approved at the first meeting of the Congress was established.

The National Health Commission is a department of the State Council and is at the ministerial level.
